In making my purchase for a custom and personalized garment or gift, I understand that:
I have double-checked the sizes and spelling of my items to ensure that my order is correct.
The color of the sample image may differ slightly than the printed product. (Color is dependent on the resolution of your computer screen and the color of the garment you choose)
I understand that that light colored apparel will make the design look different once printed. For example, white areas of the design will be the color of the underlying garment.
I understand that it takes 2-4 business days to process and create my personalized items. Transit times for delivery are dependent upon the method of shipping I chose during check-out.
PixyInk.com does not claim ownership over the images used in your customized item as they belong to their respective copyright holders. We DO NOT sell the characters or clipart.
Our goal is to offer only the finest personalized gifts available, ones that will create lasting memories and provide years of enjoyment. Each item we select must meet our strict standards for workmanship and design. Our highly-trained production staff then artfully customizes each order to your specifications. And before any item ships from our facility, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell.
If your order it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. Please call our customer service at 1-855-749-9465 if you have a question about a return or exchange.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship.
